- আলো, কাপড়ের ধরন বা স্ক্রিন ডিসপ্লের কারণে রঙ এবং মাপ সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
- কাস্টমাইজড পণ্যের জন্য (যেমন: দলীয় জার্সি বা ইভেন্টের শার্ট) অগ্রিম অর্ধেক বা সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট করতে হয়।
৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
- আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা অফিসিয়াল সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পেজের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করা যায়।
- গ্রহণযোগ্য পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি: বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এবং (বিশেষ কিছু বাল্ক অর্ডারের জন্য) নগদ অর্থ।
- কাস্টম অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে উৎপাদন শুরু হওয়ার পর কোনো পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
- প্রস্তুত পণ্যের ডেলিভারি সময়: ২–৫ কর্মদিবস; কাস্টম অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ৭–১৪ কর্মদিবস।
- পরিবেশগত বা অন্যান্য অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- সারা দেশে বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য এবং লোকেশন ও অর্ডারের পরিমাণ অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
৫. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি
আমরা ১০০% গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টির লক্ষ্যে কাজ করি। তবে,
আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারেন:
- পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল প্রোডাক্ট হলে।
- প্রাপ্তির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের অবহিত করলে।
নিচের কারণে কোনো রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হবে না:
- গ্রাহকের ভুলে সাইজের সমস্যা।
- ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য।
বৈধ রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।
৬. ডিজাইন ও মেধাস্বত্ব
- Lavish Cotton-এর সব ডিজাইন, লোগো, পণ্যের ছবি এবং কনটেন্ট আমাদের মেধাস্বত্বাধীন।
- কোনো কিছু অনুমতি ছাড়া পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
- কাস্টম ডিজাইনের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ডিজাইন ব্যবহারের অধিকার থাকতে হবে।
৭. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
- প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য (সাইজ, ডিজাইন, ঠিকানা, যোগাযোগ) সঠিকভাবে দিতে হবে।
- ওয়েবসাইটের অপব্যবহার (ভুয়া অর্ডার, অপমানজনক আচরণ ইত্যাদি) করলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল বা আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
৮. ক্যাম্পেইন ও বাল্ক অর্ডার
- Lavish Cotton বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, দল এবং বিভিন্ন ইভেন্টের জন্য গ্রুপ অর্ডার গ্রহণ করে।
- ন্যূনতম অর্ডার পরিমাণ, ডিজাইন চূড়ান্তকরণ এবং অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য।
- উৎপাদন শুরু হওয়ার পর অর্ডার বাতিল বা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
৯. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
Lavish Cotton নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে কোনো দায়ভার গ্রহণ করে না:
- তৃতীয় পক্ষ কুরিয়ারের কারণে ডেলিভেরি বিলম্ব।
- স্ক্রিন/ফ্যাব্রিক ভিন্নতার কারণে রঙ বা সাইজে সামান্য পার্থক্য।
- তৃতীয় পক্ষের কারণে গ্রাহকের তথ্য হারানো বা অপব্যবহার।

3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website or official social media pages.
- Payment methods accepted: Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cash (for specific bulk orders).
- For custom orders: no changes can be made once production has started.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days for ready stock; 7–14 working days for custom orders.
- Delivery time may vary due to unavoidable situations (strikes, weather, etc.).
- Nationwide delivery available via reputed courier partners.
- Delivery charges apply and may vary by location and order volume.
5. Returns & Exchange Policy

- You may request a return/exchange only if:

8. Campaigns & Bulk Orders
- Lavish Cotton offers group orders for universities, teams, and events.
- Minimum order quantity, design finalization, and prepayment terms apply.
